Penelope is a great pyrenees mix that was abandoned by her owner at a friend's house.

We took her in as a foster, and her foster mom fell in love!

She is now a permanent member of the Guardian Pets family!

Guardian Pets, like all our other projects, is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare division dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals.

All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping prior to their adoption.

For the time being, this is a Central Texas (Fort Hood and surrounding areas) only project. Though we hope in the future to expand.
